Your statutory rights. You have three separate and independent rights. They are often confused, so we set them out separately below: a 14-day right of withdrawal, a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, and our voluntary 30-day return.

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU). You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14 days expire, by email to info@arrow-st.com, stating your name and order details. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of the Directive, but it is not obligatory. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough to meet it.

2. Condition of the goods — your right to inspect. You may examine, try and test the item as you would in a physical shop. The item does not need to be unused, and it does not need to be returned in its original packaging — returning it without the original packaging does not remove your right to a refund. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Returning the goods. After telling us you withdraw, send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. Please email info@arrow-st.com first, describing the item and, where it is faulty, the defect and the phone number given on the order; we will reply with the return address to use. For a withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods; for a well-founded guarantee claim (below) we cover the carriage.

4. Refund. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. As orders are paid in cash on delivery, we refund the full amount paid by bank transfer to an account you provide.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years. Separately from the right of withdrawal, the goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. This right concerns faulty or non-conforming goods and applies even after the 14-day and 30-day periods have ended. To make a claim, email info@arrow-st.com with your name, order details and a description of the fault, ideally with a photo. Where the claim is justified we bear the return shipping cost, and you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement or, where appropriate, to a proportionate price reduction or to cancel the contract for a refund.

6. Voluntary 30-day return. In addition to the two legal rights above, we offer a voluntary commercial return within 30 days of delivery. It is a contractual offer, not a statutory right, offered over and above the law, and it does not limit or replace your 14-day right of withdrawal or the 2-year legal guarantee.
