1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the arrow-st.com website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. arrow-st.com is owned and operated by EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer various consumer products across multiple categories. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. The price shown on the offer page is the final price you pay: delivery is free and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge. In some countries, we may display prices and accept payment in local currencies where available. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 How to Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery is free and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As per European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email at info@arrow-st.com with your order number and reason for return. The item does not need to be unused and does not need to be returned in its original packaging; you are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For a withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Email us first and we will send you the return address.

6. Refund Policy

We refund within 14 days of the product reaching us, to the account you give us. As orders are paid in cash to the courier there is no card or account to refund to, so we ask for your bank details and transfer the full amount, including the standard delivery cost. We do not require the product to be unused or in its original packaging.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products sold on arrow-st.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for two years as per Directive (EU) 2019/771. You have three separate rights: a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, a 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU), and a voluntary 30-day return. The 30-day return is a contractual offer, not a statutory right, and it does not limit or replace the other two. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the law of the country of your habitual residence, insofar as that law protects you as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, “Rome I”).

Disputes may be referred to the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
